About this site

Welcome! My name is Duncan Gorst, and I am a lawyer specialising in supply chain disputes in the manufacturing and engineering industries. I am based in the heart of manufacturing Europe in Munich, Germany. Through my blog, I share insights on navigating the complex issues that arise in global supply chains, drawing on my experience advising and representing manufacturers in international arbitration.

When I am not representing and advising clients, I speak and write regularly on arbitration and supply chain topics to help manufacturers understand and manage risks in their operations.
